BADIN 10, LASALLE 3: Austin Buckle (3 for 3, three runs, RBI), Kade Bowling (2 for 3, two runs, three RBI) and Jeremiah Carmella (2 for 4) paced the Rams (1-1) at the plate. Badin pitchers Beau Chaney (win), Elliot Davis and Tyler Verdin combined to pitch a two-hitter.
FRANKLIN 5, GREENON 3: Isaac Shults went 2 for 3 with two runs and Ben Blaha tossed five innings of two-hit, one-run ball to lead the Wildcats. Luke Eyink came in to close it out for Franklin, which moved to 1-2 on the season.
TURPIN 6, TALAWANDA 1: Eddie Tanner had two hits and Tyler Robinson scored the Brave’s lone run. Talawanda falls to 0-1.
