LIBERTY TWP. — Kaitlyn Pham had a game-high 22 points, Brooke Asher added 13 and Lakota East snapped rival Lakota West’s eight-game winning streak on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderhawks (11-6, 10-2 Greater Miami Conference) outscored the Firebirds 23-3 in the second quarter.
Lakota East has beaten Lakota West (13-4, 8-3 GMC) five straight times. Lily Johnson had 11 points and Katie Fox added seven points and 11 rebounds for the Firebirds.
PRINCETON 57, MIDDLETOWN 38
SHARONVILLE — Mari Gerton scored a career-high 31 points, Kali Fortson added 14 and Princeton defeated Middletown on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings (15-2, 10-1 GMC) bounced back with two straight wins after losing their first conference game of the season to Lakota West earlier in the week.
Taylor Daniels led the Middies (5-13, 3-10 GMC) with 13 points, while Leila Johnson pulled down a game-high 13 rebounds. Middletown has lost seven of its last eight.
OAK HILLS 41, HAMILTON 21
CINCINNATI — Ava Kammerer scored 14 points and Oak Hills held Hamilton to five points in the second half to register a conference win on Saturday. The Highlanders (11-7, 5-7 GMC) shot 18 of 36 from the floor. Big Blue (3-15, 1-12 GMC) was led by Ah’Marionya Kirkland, who scored seven points.
MASON 59, FAIRFIELD 27
FAIRFIELD — Madison Parrish had a game-high 25 points and Mason cruised by Fairfield on Saturday afternoon. The Comets (16-2, 11-1 GMC) outscored the Indians 27-5 in the third quarter to widen the margin. Fairfield (8-10, 6-7 GMC) was led by Kayla McCoy and Myka Richardson, who bucketed eight points apiece.

HAMILTON — Badin led 13-4 after one quarter and never looked back to capture a Greater Catholic League Coed victory over Carroll on Saturday at Mulcahey Gym. The Rams (12-6, 4-3 GCL Coed) have won three in a row. The Patriots (12-5, 5-3 GCL Coed) had their five-game winning streak snapped.
EDGEWOOD 70, FRANKLIN 61
TRENTON — Edgewood has won five of its last six, including Saturday’s victory over Franklin. The Cougars (8-8, 3-4 SWBL) had three players score in double figures with Maddy Judd (22), Rylie Homan (18) and Drew Swartzel (11) leading the way. The Wildcats (5-13, 2-8 SWBL) have lost three straight.

MADISON TWP. — Madison put together a second-half comeback to beat Valley View on Saturday. The Mohawks (13-5, 6-3 SWBL) snapped a two-game losing streak. The Spartans (7-11, 4-7 SWBL) have lost three of their last four.

MONROE — Ross held Monroe scoreless in the second quarter on Saturday afternoon to capture a Southwestern Buckeye League victory on the road. The Rams (13-6, 5-2 SWBL) have won four straight. The Hornets (9-9, 3-4 SWBL) beat the Rams 55-45 on Dec. 16 at Ross.
CIN. CHRISTIAN 44, ST. BERNARD 23
ST. BERNARD — Cincinnati Christian led 2-0 after one quarter and went on to beat St. Bernard on Saturday for its second straight win. The Cougars (13-4, 9-2 MVC) sit two games behind first place Seven Hills in the conference standings.

OXFORD — Braden Douglas grabbed a school record 24 rebounds and Talawanda beat Franklin County on Saturday night. Cale Leitch had 11 points, Sam Lippmann added 10 and Bryce James nine for Talawanda (2-16).

DAYTON — Zach Perkins had 21 points, Shawn Seymour added 17 and Carroll beat Edgewood on Saturday. The Patriots (9-7) have won three in a row, while the Cougars (5-11) have lost two out of three.
