BCHSSReport.com photographers Matt Vogt and Jimmy Vogt were in New Albany for West Side Little League’s state tournament opener on Saturday, July 20. West Side defeated Maumee 13-1 in five innings at Bevelhymer Park. West Side takes on Tallmadge at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
West Side consists of Brooks Treadway, Kade Bowling, Matt Ponatowski, Rowan Brown, Cam Carter, Conner Cuozzo, Elijah Brandner, Eli Wolpert, Austin Vangen, Cade Cummins, Xander Arnold, Chad Taylor and Peyton Davis. The team is coached by Ken Coomer and assistants Tim Nichting, Brion Treadway and Danny Adams.
