Coach’s Comments — “We expect to compete every pitch, win our battles and be successful. Our starting pitching will be good. We are trying to sure up our defensive positions but will be good defensively. We have some pop in the lineup, but will need to move runners any way we can. … We have a great group of seniors that will lead us on and off the field. We have a very tight-knit group. … Team-guy philosophy, guys owning their roles, supporting each other, energy and effort all the time and winning their individual battles.”
