2022 Record — 10-13 overall, 8-10 Greater Miami Conference.
2022 Postseason — Won against Ursuline, 6-5; Lost to Mason, 7-2
Pitchers — Emili Schappacher, Sierra Hoyte, Hannah Reynolds (2-1. 8 SO).
Players to Watch — Senior Jaycee Taylor (3B) and Katelyn Polido (SS) are returning all-league players from the past two seasons. Taylor (32 hits, 18 runs, 31 RBI, 2 HR, .471) and Polido (36 hits, 30 runs, 3 HR, .474.) had stellar performances on the offensive side of things last year.
Coach’s Comments — “We have a mix of older and younger players. We have zero varsity pitching experience back, but I think our pitchers will do a good job. Defensively we should have a pretty strong team, and we should hit the ball well. … I think our pitching will improve as they gain more experience.”
